Cardi B Defends Not Letting Kulture Listen to ‘WAP’: ‘I Don’t Make Music For Kids’ | Billboard

Cardi B took to social media on Monday (Jan. 4) to fire back at trolls criticizing her for not letting her two-year-old daughter Kulture listen to “WAP.”

The drama all started when certain Twitter users responded to a viral video of the rapper turning her NSFW No. 1 hit off when the toddler entered the room. “So ya daughter cant listen to it but everybody else’s daughter can ? @iamcardib AW OKAY ! Exactly what I been saying you have an agenda to push with that trash ass label your with. DISGUSTING,” one wrote, and Cardi didn’t hold back in defending her parenting choices.

“Ya needs to stop with this already ! I’m not [Jojo Siwa]!” the superstar clapped back. “I don’t make music for kids I make music for adults. Parents are responsible on what their children listen too or see…I’m a very sexual person but not around my child just like every other parent should be.”
