BTS continues to make waves on numerous music charts and online streaming sites around the world. On Saturday, April 10, Spotify revealed that Jin, Jimin, Jungkook, J-Hope, RM, V, and Suga have reached another milestone of the popular music streaming site.
BTS Generates 16 Billion Streams on Spotify
As of late, BTS already garnered a total of 16,115,272,112 streams on Spotify. This, according to reports, is among the highest number of total streams generated by an artist in the history of the said music streaming platform.
It was even revealed that “Dynamite” has surpassed 800 million streams on Spotify, which marks as the first-ever track of BTS to achieve the record. The said song placed at No. 46 on the Spotify Global Chart with more than 1.8 million streams and at No. 196 on the Spotify U.S. Charts with more than 235,585 streams this week.
“Film Out,” which is the latest Japanese track of BTS, has also been doing well on Spotify. As a matter of fact, it secured the No. 96 spot on the Spotify Global Chart with more than 1.2 million streams and the No. 8 spot on the Spotify Japan Chart with more than 182,500 streams as of late.
“Life Goes On” also became a huge hit on Spotify, garnering 1 million streams almost daily. As of today, the chart-topping track of BTS has already collected more than 258 million streams in the said online music streaming platform.
“Map of the Soul: 7,” which is the first album of BTS in 2020, already recorded a total of 2.7 billion streams on Spotify since its release. “BE,” on the other hand, has generated a total of 1.4 billion streams as of April 8, 2021. These numbers are expected to increase in the coming days as more and more listeners tune in to Jin, Jimin, Jungkook, J-Hope, RM, V and Suga’s music.
BTS’ ‘Dynamite’ MV Expected to Surpass 1 Billion Views Soon

Should BTS be successful in surpassing the 1 billion views mark with the “Dynamite” music video, it would be their nth time to make such a record. Among the many BTS tracks that reached the said milestone are “DNA” and “Boy with Luv,” which featured Halsey.
On Apple Music, BTS continues to dominate with their three chart-topping tracks, namely: “Dynamite” and “Film Out.” Records showed that both tracks were able to enter the Apple Music Global Top 100 this week. “Dynamite” nabbed the No. 46th spot while “Film Out” secured the No. 92nd spot.
